Telephone FeesThe Tangipahoa Communications District #1 is funded solely by a surcharge on telephone service. The surcharges are $0.62 per month on residential lines, $1.63 per month on business lines, $0.85 per month on cell phones and $1.00 per month from 1 of our VoIP vendors.This revenue is used to pay all salaries and all operational costs for the building, equipment and automobiles used by the District. |
